Wellfleet Town Hall Restroom Reconstruction Project

City of Lake Alfred

Demo and remove all existing restroom components to bare walls/ceiling before the commencement of new construction. Install all new plumbing and any new electrical wiring as necessary. Install new exhaust ventilation in both bathrooms, including controls, ductwork, and roof. Insulate the interior walls in both restrooms before the installation of new sheetrock. Install all new ada equipment: white handicapped toilet, white sink with lever-style hardware, a 36" grab bar, a 42" grab bar, mirror, towel dispenser, soap dispenser, and a toilet paper dispenser, insulate under-sink piping, a coat hook, an ada-compliant threshold, new door with lever-style hardware in all restrooms.
