Welcome Center Rebuild - Blacksburg

Construction of a building and site improvements as described in words, drawings, and other instruments and other work indicated in the contract documents. Work to be conducted in four phases as noted: (1) set up temporary restrooms, visitor facilities, and install temporary parking; (2) site containment, existing building demolition; (3) construct new building and site improvements; and (4) remove temporary structures/improvements.
