Website Services - CMS and CRM Solutions

Experience Rochester, MN, invites qualified vendors to submit proposals for website services that include both a Content Management System (CMS) and a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform. We currently utilize a subscription/license-based model and are open to continuing with this approach or transitioning to an owned/custom-developed solution. Proposals must account for transition considerations, including data migration, contract wind-down, and related costs. We are seeking a partner that can deliver not just for today's needs, but one that will help us create a future-forward website designed to adapt to emerging trends, integrate innovative technologies, and remain scalable for years to come. The new CMS/CRM solution is expected to go live and take full effect on January 1, 2027.
