Wayne County – Department of Social Services Office Façade Renovation - AFB

The existing department of social services building is a two-story steel framed structure (with basement), with brick clad cavity wall supported by cold formed metal framing. The exterior façade will be renovated to provide an appropriate and identifiable entrance to the building, providing entrance identification, signage, updated exterior lighting, and an additional (uninsulated) fiber cement panel rainscreen facade over the existing face brick masonry at the main entrances and street facing building corners.
