Watson Trail Park Tennis Courts - Site Improvements

Evesham Township

Project includes removal of the existing four (4) tennis courts and two (2) basketball courts and providing four (4) new tennis courts and two (2) new basketball courts with new court coating systems, vinyl and chain link fencing, ball stopper netting, benches, concrete sidewalk, asphalt walking path, and reconstruction of the existing access road and providing manual roadway gates, an ADA parking concrete pad, and replacement of the 90 feet baseball field backstop and foul line fencing, site restoration and other associated work.

City of Creedmoor

The project involves new and improved features to City Park. These include a new decomposed granite trail, a new concrete pad for future purchase of bleachers, tennis/pickleball courts renovations, installation of temp. and permanent signs for the park, preparations to existing playground area surface, new ADA parking spaces and ADA picnic seating area with sidewalk. Also, there is an additive alternate for an additional section of decomposed granite trail and 8 picnic table/ BBQ pit seating areas.

City of Pittsburgh

Work includes 1 LS remove and store fencing as needed to allow machinery access to courts, and reinstall after completion; 1 LS demolish existing asphalt; 1 LS repave asphalt; 6 sets furnish and install set of edwards classic internal wound tennis posts, 3 dia(see attachment); 1 LS resurface (2 colors) and stripe tennis courts per existing layout; 1 CY repair and prepare subgrade (see drawing specs); 1 LS convert one existing tennis court into four pickleball courts. Work to include: resurfacing, stripping, posts, nets, fencing. Use douglas premierrd-36 pickleball / quickstart tennis posts and douglas nets or approved equals installation (court #8).
