Water System Expansion, Contract 4

Provide plumbing/metering connections and the abandonment of existing wells for approximately 175 residential homes and up to 20 commercial properties. Connect service line, plumb into the building, provide and plumb in water meter and connect to existing water pipes. Abandon any existing wells.
