Provide all labor, material, equipment, and transportation to successfully provide the following services: pumping and hauling of sludge; pumping and hauling of excess influent to prevent overflow; seeding the wastewater treatment plant for improved treatment process. This task includes obtaining wastewater from a municipal wastewater treatment plant and hauling and pumping into the plant.
