Work includes to construct a 60' long by 30' wide addition, traditional wood framed building with wood stud walls, 10' eave height, 4/12 gable pitched roof. 26 gauge r-panel galvalume roof, traditional engineered wood trusses, 2x6 wood studs for exterior walls, osb sheathing and decking for walls and roofs, 2x12 pine floor joists supported with masonry piers, advantech decked flooring, exterior 26 gauge r-panel metal colored wall sheets, (2) 3070 exterior metal man doors, (10) 3070 interior hollow core man doors.

Vistar Eye Center

Work includes 4,240 SF addition to existing clinic space to match existing facility. Project includes demolition, concrete foundations & slab, masonry, steel, wood roof trusses, shingle roofing, thermal insulation, tyvek, damproofing, acoustical insulation, caulking, storefront, h.m.
