W519TC-25-Q-CMMM Coordinate Measuring Machine Modernization

CAAA is in an immediate need of two (2) bridge style, CMMs with updated tactile measuring capabilities. The CMMs shall be run on air bearings and shall have ability to contact scan (passively or actively) the form of features and parts as well as perform single and multi-point measurements with a scanning error of less than .00012”, single point error of less than .000079” and repeatability of at least .000079”. Probe shall also be able to articulate with a front-to-back and lateral tilt range of ±180° with a minimum rotation increment of 2.5° with automatic angular correction for all probing points. CMMs shall come with an automatic probe changer for running fully automated programs that require different probe length/sizes. CMMs shall be able to travel up to 15 inches per second and scan at 5 inches per second to help accommodate timely part throughput. CMMs shall have a measuring range of at least 35 inches in the X- axis, 47 inches in the Y-axis, and 23 inches in the Z-axis. CMM shall come ready to install and include any filters and dryers needed for air lines and have the power requirements of 100-240V (50-60Hz). Must have a rotary table. See attached file.
