Visualization Engineering *SOLE SOURCE*

The contractor shall deliver a digital visualization engineering capability which enables remote visibility and feedback for end-to-end operations via ViEW software. ViEW is used for team sourcing, deep alignment, and observe & update capabilities after a current state and the future state visualization have been created. The service provides elaboration and what-if scenarios that are triggered by VA leadership, or by the contractors monitoring of ViEW, resulting in an initial report for review within fourteen (14) business days, that allows VHA leadership the ability to make informed decision and plan risk mitigation strategies that enable on time delivery of business needs, within budget, and ensuring the maximum value outcome to supporting VHA customers and veterans. The contractor will provide CSP ongoing maintenance of previously developed visualization diagrams as well as leader support, and derivative products to execute and verify the transformation and implementation of organizational goals.
