Vine Adult Community Renovation

Project consists of the renovation of portions of the approx. 60,000 sf VINE Adult Community Center. The renovation includes the lobby, locker rooms, fitness areas, conference rooms, classrooms, offices, and various support spaces. Construction includes sitework, asphalt paving & concrete gutter, rough and finish carpentry, aluminum storefronts & windows, EPDM roofing, EFIS, doors & hardware, drywall, paint, finishes, flooring, casework, fire suppression, mechanical & electrical as indicated in the Construction Documents.
