Vibrant Denver GO Bond On- Call Program Management Services(Request for Qualifications)

The City and County of Denver is seeking a qualified consultant to perform Professional On-Call Program Management Services for the 2025 Vibrant Denver GO Bond Program. The 2025 GO Bond Program could include five (5) portfolios of public infrastructure improvement projects, the funding for which must be approved by a vote of the qualified and registered electors of the City and County of Denver at a special municipal election to be held on Tuesday, November 4, 2025. The public infrastructure improvement projects represent a significant investment in Denver’s transportation and mobility, parks and recreation, health and human services, city facilities and housing and sheltering through new construction, rehabilitation and expanded capital improvements. Scope of services for this procurement include Program Management, Portfolio Delivery Coordination, Controls and Technology, Program Communications, and Project Delivery Support.
