Renovation of the 5th floor Primary Care. Project Includes but is not limited to: Project consists of the interior renovation of the entire existing fifth floor tenant space for a Physician's Clinic. The new space will include Reception and Waiting Areas, Exam Rooms, Offices, a Lab, and assorted staff and support areas. Work includes new walls, doors, millwork and finishes, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work to support new space layout and functions.
