USU HPER Locker Room Remodel (RFP)

City of Saint Peters

Work includes reconstruction of the women's locker room. Demolish the existing restroom, upgrade lighting and ventilation and reconstruct the existing restroom. Modernize and improve bathrooms. Provide improved ada accessibility by upgrading certain elements of the restrooms.

Sacramento Area Sewer District

Expansion and remodel of the Men's Locker Room in the I&E building [includes, but is not limited to: new lockers, floors, bathrooms, showers, uniform storage, and HVAC improvements.]

Itasca Community Library

Restroom and main meeting room remodel. Selected interior renovations to the library facility including, renovations to the main floor restrooms and west (main) meeting room, and adjacent spaces. See attached file.
