USPSC Senior Anti-Corruption Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, and Learning (MERL) Advisor

For one (1) anti-corruption monitoring evaluation, research, and learning (MERL) advisor. The primary role of the Senior Anti-Corruption MERL Advisor is to oversee the analytic research agenda, deliver knowledge products and technical assistance to support evidence-based anti-corruption programming, and improve USAID’s ability to capture the totality of what the Agency is doing to counter corruption and how well USAID’s approaches are working. The Senior Anti-Corruption MERL Advisor will also provide technical assistance to USAID Missions and other operating units on anti-corruption MERL.
