Provide annual boiler mainenance services.

New York State Office for People With Developmental Disabilities

Replace boiler. The project consists of removing the existing fuel oil- fired boiler, storage tank, and all associated boiler components (including piping, venting, and accessories), and installing a new propane-fired boiler. New boiler shall be tied into the existing propane tank located outside. Existing hydronic system shall be disconnected and reconnected to the new boiler installation.
