Construction of tunnels and subsurface structures. Total length of slope flattening is approximately 2.18 miles and will include site excavation and re-use of approximately 15,000 CY levee embankment fill and borrow site excavation and import of approximately 12,000 CY levee embankment fill. The borrow site will be obtained by the Contractor. The work will also include the relocation of utilities, construction of a 12-foot maintenance road at the landside toe, and tree removal.

A potential requirement for Design-Bid-Build (DBB) construction services to build a new single-story, 5,000 square-foot (SF) Headquarters (HQ) building and a new single-story, 4,200 SF maintenance shop w/ storage mezzanine to support USACE administrative, ranger, and maintenance staff. The project is also anticipated to include the demolition and removal of two (2) existing buildings and three (3) shed structures, as well as new building construction, grading, utilities, oxidation pond relining, asphaltic concrete paving, sidewalks, curbs, fencing, and landscaping.

Work may include new construction, additions, renovations, repairs, maintenance, and demolition of commercial and institutional facilities, including but not limited to administrative and training facilities, access control points, water towers, roofing, HVAC and other building systems, and utility infrastructure (water, sewer, electrical, roads, and communications).

eDiscovery Software Solution Requirements: The eDiscovery software solution will be configured for deployment on virtual servers, within a distributed architecture, or in a USACE cloud-based IL4 environment, the infrastructure hosting the data will be consistent with DOD, Army, and USACE network security requirements. The eDiscovery software solution shall have unlimited licensing for processing data stored on USACE virtual servers or on a USACE cloud-based IL4 environment. The eDiscovery software solution shall be capable of conducting electronic bate- stamping, filtering, extracting metadata, creating full text, adding watermarks, and perform optical character recognition (OCR).
