Projects include a broad range of maintenance, repair and minor construction work on real property and other nearby locations. Types of projects may include: Renovations within occupied buildings; Design and installation of furniture, fixtures, and equipment; Renovation or repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems; Architectural renovations which would include tile, painting, carpet replacement, drop ceiling, LED lighting, and furniture; Maintenance or repair of situations relating to the building envelope,; Site work – including asphalt paving and concrete work; Constructing prefabricated buildings; Fire alarm systems and fire suppression systems.
