Construction contract for a project entitled Upgrade Fire Detection System at the. New addressable, automatic and manual fire alarm system for each building. All buildings on site are part of the Scope of Work. The Contractor will provide detailed, engineered shop drawings, prepared as a delegated-design submittal, and sealed and signed by a qualified design professional (NICET Level 3 minimum or Licensed Professional Engineer).

Work includes construction for turn-key products including replacement of devices and components to upgrade the existing fire alarm systems. Remove and replace the existing fire alarm system components including, but not limited to, control panels; activation, annunciation, and detection devices; all associated wiring. The project will replace all or some of the existing fire alarm devices and associated wiring as needed.

The Scope of work will include discovery, removal and installation of the upgraded panels as listed on the next page. Upgrades will be made to only the required components. Compatible components and devices may be re-used. Main Panel, Lobby and Maintenance shop panels will be full color LCD Touch display. Contractor will be responsible for providing and installing low voltage Fire Alarm System cable and Fire Alarm System devices. They will also provide any necessary drawings, supervision, final connection and programming of the control panel. Contractor will be responsible for testing and certification of the completed fire alarm system installation.
