Town of Knightdale

Seeking qualified contractors to demolish and reconstruct the restroom facility at its Community Pool. Consists of demolition, construction, concrete work, septic installation, and roofing.

Borough of Forest Hills

General: Work generally includes the interior renovations of the existing Pool Building structure including select demolition, reconfiguration of interior spaces for new restroom and locker facilities, flooring, toilet room accessories, doors, painting, and construction of exterior concrete ramp. Mechanical: Work generally includes select demolition of existing duct work, exhaust fans, thermostats and associated wiring, GRDs and transfer grills; and installation of new ductwork, GRDs, exhaust fans, louvers, air cooled split system and connections to existing HVAC system. Plumbing: Work includes select demolition, relocation of existing and installation of new supply and drainage piping, plumbing fixtures, venting, floor drains and concrete slab trenching and repair. Electrical: Work generally includes select demolition of existing light fixtures, devices, and wiring; and installation of new wiring, light fixtures, emergency lighting, receptacles, ceiling fans and connections to existing electrical panel(s).
