United States Coast Guard (USCG) Pay and Personnel Center (PPC) Gym Memberships in Topeka, Kansas

Provide 180 gym/fitness memberships to include one dependent per membership to all vendor locations in the Topeka and surrounding area. Provide list of gyms and their locations. Must have multiple locations in the Topeka area, ie. At least two. Facilities must provide cardio (i.e., treadmill, elliptical, rowing, etc.) and weightlifting equipment (i.e., free weights, dumbbells, weight machines, strength machines, resistance machines, etc).
