UGA Sponsored Project Administration Pre-Award Solution (RFP)

Provide a pre-award research administration software solution to the Sponsored Project Administration. The State Entity is seeking a software-as-a-service (SaaS), cloud-based eletronic research administration software. This solution will enable UGA to grow its research portfolio, ensure compliance with evolving regulations, minimize errors, and improve communication and collaboration across the university community. The system will manage the entire pre-award lifecycle, including proposal development, budget creation, validation, routing, submission, compliance management, and contract and subagreement creation, and negotiation tracking.
