The contractor shall support CBP in a wide range of data science services and business intelligence disciplines. The contractor shall provide skilled and experienced employees to satisfy the tasks identified below (key personnel are identified in Section 8, Personnel Requirements). These task areas are applicable to all task orders issued under the BPA. Strategic Planning: The contractor shall work with stakeholders to identify problem scope amenable to analytics that address trade mission needs. Upon request, the contractor shall develop implementation roadmaps for proposed solutions that must align with the existing CBP OT requirements as well as meet CBP OT mandates and strategic goals. The contractor shall participate in monthly meetings with new stakeholders to learn about their business process. Based on these monthly meetings, the contractor shall create and maintain a running list of possible future projects. The contractor shall provide input and recommendations on strategic planning issues, to include, but are not limited to the following examples: Input and recommendations to the multi-year initiatives; Input and recommendations to assist in developing Annual Priorities (e.g., OT priorities, C1 priorities); Capability development across many data science domains (e.g. Machine Learning (both supervised and unsupervised), Descriptive Statistics, Data Architectures).
