Work include roof replacement.

Bloomfield Hills School District

Removal of the existing roof system(s) as designated on the plans for each school. Removal of the existing perimeter metal edge fascia or other flashings / caps as required for the work. Install new EPDM membrane roof and insulation (flat and tapered). Install new perimeter metal edge fascia or other flashings / caps as designated on the plans. Raise existing rooftop mechanical and electrical equipment as necessary to satisfy all manufacturer warranty requirements.

Town of Derry

Qualified contractors to perform services in connection with the Town of Derry 2026 Mosquito Control Program. Conduct surveillance and application of larvicides to mosquito breeding sites, including swamps and catch basins, to control mosquito larvae and pupae.
