Trumbull Theater Roof Replacement Zone 4 (ITB)

Work include removal of the insulation, field membrane, flashing membrane, and sheet metal systems down to the existing metal deck substrates. Mechanical fasteners were used to attach the insulation to the metal decking. Roofing contractor should carefully remove existing mechanical fasteners so not to damage the existing deck system. The roofing contractor is fully responsible for repairing any damage to the existing deck structure.
