Tritt ES Annex Replacement (RFP)

Demolition of a 12-classroom annex building, a new 8-classroom addition, interior restroom renovations, interior and exterior painting, creation of a secure entrance vestibule, approximately 2,000 SF roof and soffit replacement, and mechanical, electrical, and fire protection upgrades for the school. Sitework includes additional parking and a paved fire lane.
