Replace nine, in-service, single-phase generator step up power transformers. Three transformers are located at each of the three power plants. Supply (manufacture, factory test, and transport) three (3) Generator Step-Up (GSU) power transformers for in-service operation. Remove and dispose of three (3) GSU power transformers from in-service operation including high voltage surge arresters.
U.S. Army Engineer District Portland
Provide spare GSU bushing install and transformer testing. Provide mounting hardware for one (1) HV bushing, one (1) HV neutral bushing and four (4) LV bushings. Provide gaskets for one (1) HV bushing and four (4) LV bushings. Provide the bottom terminal, bottom shield and associated mounting hardware for the HV bushing.
