Includes two mandatory components and one optional component: 1. Vehicle wrap removal - remove existing full vehicle wraps from designated vehicles; wraps may have been installed for up to five (5) years and are likely in degraded condition; all remnants of previous wrap must be removed before new decal installation, which may include base paint buff and polish. 2. Installation of new livery design - application of new decals to designated vehicles; decal specifications, including sizing, quantity, materials, and placement, will be provided.
