Train the Trainer for Workforce Development and Morale (RFQ)

Seeks training program for division of state operations (DSO) using a train-the-trainer (TTT) model. DSO intends to replicate the training to build its own long-term, independent, internal training capacity. The outcome is to develop and maintain approx. 440 trainers throughout NYS OPWDD facilities.
