This replacement 120,000 SF, single-story cargo facility has been planned with approx. 95,000 SF of cargo area, and 25,000 SF of mezzanine office space along with landside maneuvering depth from west field road for approx. 30 trucks. The project also has an ancillary ground service equipment (gse) maintenance facility (building 742) of approx 17,000 SF on site, but not physically connected, to the cargo facility. In order to construct the new facilities, demolition of the existing building 730 will be required.

Work includes to furnish and install all specialties, including but not limited to toilet partitions, shower cubicles, toilet and shower accessories, lockers and benches, ada grab bars, framed mirrors, fire extinguishers and cabinets, aed cabinets, fire hose valve cabinets, bike racks, and bike lockers for building 720. 1 and 742. The buildings each feature locker rooms and shower cubicles with bicycle storage, in addition to public restrooms and unisex restrooms.

Work includes drywall, framing, and acoustical ceilings for building 742 and 720. 1, approx 63,000 SF of interior partitions, 3,900 SF of drywall ceilings, and 45,000 sf of exterior metal stud framing. The scope also includes but is not limited to installation of hollow metal door frames furnished by others, acoustical grid ceilings, acoustical baffles, and all interior blocking/backing within walls. Scope includes all sealants, caulking, finishing, point-up for a complete installation.

Project consists of furnish and install 40 overhead coiling doors at building 720.1 and 21 overhead coiling doors at building 742, and 1 overhead coiling fire shutter at b720. 1. This scope also includes but is not limited to furnishing and installation of 26 sets of dock bumper and leveler sets. In addition, scope includes but is not limited to furnishing and installation of 5 pedestrian turnstiles.
