Seeking forensic toxicology services. To perform testing, drug identification and postmortem toxicology. Toxicology screening and confirmation is required for alcohol, illicit and prescription services, and carbon monoxide. Specialized analysis for less common substances or analysis using tissue or decomposed specimens are required. Additional unspecified tests may be ordered as needed.

Seeking specific bids from qualified contractors to provide/perform forensic toxicology laboratory analysis services. Services will be required for different case types including, postmortem, driving under the influence, and drug facilitated crime cases.
Bergen County Sheriff's Office
Toxicology Services for the NJ Medical Examiner's Office. Scope of Services: To analyze specimens for drug and alcohol levels and special analysis according to each individual case. Provide written specimen reports for each work order. Provide specimen storage services for a minimum of one (1) year from date of submitted report of findings. Provide litigation support packages: reported finding, chain of custody documents, specimen storage records, analytical data, etc. The County of Bergen estimates approx. less than five (5) cases per twelve (12) month contract period require litigation support packages.
