Work includes Cleaning and preparation of existing roof system Inspection and replacement of any wet or otherwise damaged insulation or other underlayment Unloading, staging, and temporary storage and protection of City pre-purchased materials Installation of City pre-purchased materials and Contractor supplied materials to facilitate complete installation of a modified bituminous/thermoplastic membrane hybrid roofing system, complete and in place.
