Requesting proposals for on-call restoration, ecological and technical services in various locations throughout Denver.

City of Sarasota

Provide remediation and restoration services as stated herein. Contractor shall provide remediation services of hazardous materials including, but not limited to mold, asbestos, asbestos containing material, lead, and mercury. Restoration projects may involve minor repairs such as replacing drywall or installing new carpet. Major repair projects could involve the reconstruction of various areas or rooms. Examples of services may include but are not limited to the following: drywall replacement, carpet installation, hardwood floor repair, tile floor repairs, painting of walls and ceilings, electrical repairs all repairs must be completed by a Florida licensed electrical contractor. Plumbing repairs. Removal, replacement, or installation of cabinetry, stationary furniture, light fixtures, in-floor circuitry and receptacles, office furniture, tables, chairs, appliances, and cabinets.

City of New York

Seeks to engage up to five (5) qualified construction firms who would remain on call to provide construction services for temporary restoration of housing. Following incidents that compromise the safety or habitability of housing and necessitate emergency intervention, HRO will issue task orders to contractors to perform construction on one-to-four unit residential buildings, providing repairs necessary to restore habitability, such as heat, hot water, and electrical services. HRO seeks contractors with the capability to respond to small emergency incidents and be able to scale up for catastrophic citywide emergencies.
