Telops HyperCam Upgrade - Sole Source

Upgrading the Telops Hypercam with a upgraded detector interface circuit board to improve its light detection capabilities. This work will require disassembling the Hypercam, removing board, integrating the detector unit with the updated board, and reassembling and testing the camera. Then the firmware and control system must also be updated.
