Telephone Answering Service

Purchase of telephone answering service for emergent calls and intends to use the results of this process to award a contract. This service will be utilized by PACT’s clients for emergent after-hours communication and other community agencies. Contract shall run for One (1) year from that date, with an option by mutual agreement of the agency and the Supplier, to renew for an additional Two (2) One-Year renewal terms.
