System Preservation (Restoration/Rehab/Resurface)

Removing the existing asphaltic concrete surface course by milling and replacing it with new asphaltic concrete followed by stone matrix asphaltic concrete overlay. The work also includes replacing guardrail and guardrail end terminals, constructing drainage facilities, replacing pavement markings, and other related work.
