Surface Water Quality Projects Support (Request for Qualifications)

Provide professional engineering services for surface water quality projects support:task 1 - watershed model development and calibration: modeling approach workshop; stressor studies to identify primary drivers of degradation based on available data collected hydrology, surface water quality, fish, macroinvertebrates; development and calibration of watershed models incorporating local monitoring data - hydrology and surface water quality; and potential watershed improvement projects - stormwater control measures (scms) at a minimum but preferably also stream restoration and street sweeping; watershed implementation scenarios for achieving in-stream improvement goals see attached file.
