Design and implement streetscape improvements that enhance pedestrian connectivity, safety, aesthetics, and public amenities in the north downtown corridor. Work includes construct streetscape improvements including landscaping, sidewalks/trails, accessible curb ramps, bump outs, decorative pavement, street lighting, bike racks, bollards, benches, parking/curb and gutter, columns, fencing, traffic calming features, signage, and three archways.
