Park development: a) Mobilization to the site and staging. b) Material purchase and installation of temporary erosion and sediment control measures per the approved Erosion and Sediment Control Plan and specifications. This includes removal of these at project end. c) Demolition and site preparation for proposed project items; including land clearing and rough grading, per the plan drawings and specifications. This includes tree clearing, rough grading, and off-haul of all materials, vegetation, and spoils. d) Material purchase and installation of the gravel parking areas; per the plan drawings and specifications. e) Asphalt paving, painting, and providing signage for the ADA parking spaces; per the plan drawings and specifications. f) Material purchase and installation of the concrete accessible route per the plan drawings and specifications. This includes placing owner provided concrete stamps in the concrete, all integral colors, and the finishes noted. g) Material purchase and installation of concrete footings and pad for the pavilion, per the plan drawings and specifications. h) Material purchase and installation of the concrete pad for the bench; per the plan drawings and specifications. i) Receipt, assembly and installation of the pavilion; per the plan drawings and specifications. This includes placing owner provided concrete stamps in the concrete, all integral colors and finishes noted. j) Material purchase and installation of the composting restroom; per the plan drawings and specifications. This includes obtaining drawings sealed by a Pennsylvania Professional Engineer. k) Receive, assemble, and install the owner purchased of picnic tables, bench, and trash receptacle, per the plan drawings and specifications. All surface mounting fasteners, drilling, and materials shall be provided by the contractor. l) Final topsoil grading, rolling, seeding, and mulching, per the plan drawings and specifications. This includes the removal of any remaining temporary erosion and sediment control measures.
