Long Beach Harbor Dept. (Port of Long Beach, POLB)
The port is updating its stormwater infrastructure master plan (project) to ensure the long-term reliability and resiliency of its stormwater collection and conveyance systems. Since the adoption of the 2013 stormwater infrastructure master plan, new development and aging infrastructure have created changing system demands, highlighting the need for updated condition assessments and modernized hydrologic and hydraulic modeling. To support the successful delivery of this project, the port is seeking a qualified consultant to update the stormwater infrastructure master plan, develop a 20-year stormwater capital improvement program (cip), and update stormwater design criteria and standards.
City of Oak Harbor
The City of Oak Harbor seeks proposals from qualified engineering and planning consulting firms to complete an Infrastructure Master Plan and update the Utility (water, sewer, stormwater) and Transportation Comprehensive Plans. Proposals are due December 16, 2025 at 4:00 PM PST, and the City may award to one or more firms for different scope sections.
