St James Middle School, Cooling Tower & Boiler Replacement

Project is to remove the existing open cooling tower, heat exchanger, boiler, condenser water pumps and kitchen water heater in the existing mechanical room/tower yard at middle school. This equipment will be replaced with a new high efficiency condensing boiler, new closed circuit evaporative cooler, variable speed condenser water pumps and a high efficiency, instantaneous kitchen water heater.
