Specialty Towing and Roadside Repair (STARR) Services Program- Sector 5 (RFP)

Provision of all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to facilitate expedient, safe and efficient towing services for wrecked or disabled motor vehicles and for the removal of abandoned vehicles, spilled motor vehicle fluids, and debris or cargo from the Turnpike right-of-way for the Specialty Towing and Roadside Repair (STARR) Services program. It is anticipated that the initial term of the Contract will begin on or about December 1, 2024, and be effective for two (2) years.
