Work includes removal and replacement of existing concrete to allow for sewer plumbing installation; CMU wall patching to match the existing structure; interior framing including stud walls, door and window framing, headers, joists, and fasteners; rough plumbing including hot water, cold water and sewer plumbing up to and including fixture shutoff valves; insulation, floor and wall finishes, windows, window sills, counter tops, cabinets, doors, hardware, and door trim; all plumbing and electrical systems and fixtures, cabinets and countertops; tankless hot water heater, intake, exhaust and drain plumbing; protection of existing structure during construction.
