The work shall include work covered by specification divisions 1 (general conditions), 2 (existing conditions), 3 (concrete), 5 (metals), 6 (wood, plastics and composites), 7 (thermal and moisture protection), 9 (finishes), 13 (Seismic Restraint Requirements for Non-Structural Components), 22 (plumbing), 23 (HVAC), 26 (electrical), and 31 (earthwork). Provide glba correct medium voltage deficiencies.

Work will include upgrading fans with new Fan Walls, and addition of frequency drives to fan systems. Modify existing downstream air boot/collar to maximize laminar airflow coming from new fan walls. Provide DDC and enthalpy control of AHU dampers programming to allow for discharge air reset of Air handling unit. Provide all new sensors installed, labeling of all new and relabeling of existing terminations, routing of all signal wire in conduit, all programming, and commissioning of new points. Provide for replacement of pneumatic actuators, valves and components to DDC. See attached file.
