Process of upgrading its Information Technology capabilities for its current lines of business. These lines of business are Automated Residential, Curbside Recycling, Commercial Front Load Collection, and Roll off Industrial Collection. The Department wishes to utilize the latest technology to improve customer service, improve efficiency, route, dispatch, bill, and manage metrics for its Collections Systems. The Department expects to take a scaled approach starting with installing new software to help with customer service, operations and billing in the Roll off Division and expanding to other divisions when able
