Requires bulk delivery of Sodium Hydroxide, also known as Caustic Soda in 50% concentration, on an as-needed basis, to the North City Pure Water Facility (NCPWF) for neutralization and Clean-In-Place solutions for Membrane Filtration (MF) and Reverse Osmosis (RO) processes and for pH adjustment for chloramines addition and post treatment stabilization.
