Small Dollar General Contractor Services (RFP)

Seeking proposals from qualified general contractors to provide small construction, renovation, and repair services on an as-needed basis. Work includes interior and exterior building repairs or renovations, framing, drywall, and ceiling installation or replacement, door, window, and hardware installation or repair, concrete and masonry installation, repair, or replacement, handrail, guardrail, or accessibility improvements, minor electrical, plumbing, or mechanical work related to renovations, painting, finishing, or carpentry work, asphalt patching, concrete flatwork, curbing, and small paving jobs, fence installation or repair.
