The scope of work consists of: replacement of six (6) existing plunger style sludge pumps with six (6) new rotary lobe pumps, replacement of two (2) polymer transfer pumps, replacement of three (3) polymer metering feed pumps, replacement of three (3) belt washwater pumps and rebuilding of one sludge conveyor. The scope also includes all necessary process piping replacement, replacement of 6" and 8" plug valves and all necessary electrical work including replacement of each pumps variable frequency drives.

Work includes installation of new or replacement of existing pumps integral to the main process train (preferably for sludge pumping application in an existing wastewater treatment facility) b. Installation of process piping system above and underground (preferably for pressurized fluid conveyance within the existing wastewater treatment facility) c. Maintenance of facility operation throughout the construction duration.
