Sidewalk & Infrastructure Improvements Along Washington Street, Melnea Cass Blvd. and Harrison Ave

City of Port Townsend

Work includes: Remove existing sidewalk and asphalt pavement; excavate roadway and place crushed surfacing; construct cement concrete curb and sidewalk; install ADA-compliant curb ramps, gravity block wall, catch basins, and permanent pavement markings; relocate existing sign; restore disturbed areas.

City of Mount Dora

Provide certain commercial construction services. Street slope stabilization, erosion control and sidewalk improvements.

West Lampeter Township

The principal items of work to be performed under the contract are: 1) site demolition; 2) full-depth pavement removal; 3) full-depth pavement shoulder widening; 4) installation of concrete curb and sidewalk; 5) installation of ADA curb ramps; 6) modification to existing stormwater collection and conveyance system; 7) installation of new stormwater collection and conveyance system; 8) driveway pavement restoration; 9) site grading, topsoil and seeding; 10) pavement markings and signage; and 11) work of similar nature.
