Sheriff’s Office Parking Garage Reno

Seeking competitive sealed proposals for the renovations to approx. 75,000 SF of existing parking garage traffic coating at the County Office. The main scope of work includes removal of all existing traffic coating, surface preparation for the new traffic coating, and application of a new traffic coating to achieve the required warranty. The work also includes the removal and replacement of sealants at panel joints and new metal copings where required by the plans.
